FlowAI retains the right to reuse non-confidential, non-client-specific code or templates in future projects.

Limitation of Liability

FlowAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) our services.

While we take every precaution to ensure quality, no automation is 100% error-proof, and clients are responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them for critical business decisions.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client data and workflows. Information shared with FlowAI will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination.

Changes to Terms

FlowAI may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
